Water-Saving Calculator App aims to raise community awareness of water-saving practices and technologies to improve water-use efficiency in homes and communities.

This application provides the feature of calculating the amount of water saved by adopting a number of water-saving practices when using water in the bathroom, kitchen, cleaning, and washing, in addition to the water saved when adopting simple practices related to regular repairs and maintenance.

The application also includes the ability to calculate water savings when adopting a number of water technologies, such as the water harvesting system from the roof of the house, the gray water treatment system, the use of garden sprinklers, and cutting and water-saving devices, as well as the ability to measure potential money savings based on the value of the water bill.

This application has been prepared by the Royal Scientific Society in partnership with Mercy Corps and with the support of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
